The issue of immigration is so broad and complicated that it causes global effects on the economy, society, culture, etc. I was a Cuban immigrant who left behind family and unfulfilled dreams like any immigrant in the year 2000. My country did not welcome me back, because the government and its political ideals led my beautiful island to become one of the countries where Communism became a plague . I lived in Mexico for 15 years and together with my children born in Mexico, I crossed the border into the US, through the area of Brownsville, Texas. Here I started again from the bottom, and began what the life of an immigrant really is to raise his children and his family. I always knew that emigrating causes problems for an entire country. The majority arrive in the United States and many are forced to begin their regularization depending on their nationality and conditions.
